Thumbs Up - Dance Classes at The Aura Studio

Have you seen Laura Smith at any of the belly dancing venues around town? She can also be seen dancing around a bonfire at some of the festivals. She is not only a beautiful dancer, but a skilled dance teacher as well.

Laura will soon be teaching at the NEW The Aura Studio in Crescent Springs, KY starting in July. It is owned and operated by the Bondaura ladies and I hear it is an amazing space.

Laura will be teaching classes for beginning and intermediate students in the Egyptian Cabaret style. She teaches posture, basic moves, transitioning from one move to another, combos, veil work and different props, choreography and improv, etc. Her classes focus on moving our bodies, empowering ourselves and having fun!!

I took belly dancing a few years ago, but I did not continue with it. It is great exercise and a lot of hard work -- I guess I am a bit of a belly dancing back slider. I learned some steps and movements and had great fun. What I like are the dances with veils and the expressive hands of the dancers. All of the dancing is visually awesome and the costumes are beautiful! Belly dancing troupes can be found all around town from festivals in the parks to local restaurants.

Watch for the Grand Opening of The Aura Studio at www.theaurastudio.com, I hear it is is beautiful, warm and welcoming and will also offers massage therapy, strength and stamina and yoga classes. The Bondaura ladies have really created a wonderful atmosphere! As Laura would say, "Hugs & Shimmies" to you all!

Thumbs Up - Telepathic TV on webcasts and audio on podcast

I recently had the great pleasure to attend a workshop on Remote Viewing with Mary Phelan of http://www.telepathictv.com/. Mary is a skilled Spiritual Empowerment Coach and host of the long running, live, metaphysical television program broadcast from Northern Virginia. Mary does tarot readings, face readings, past lives and workshops on a broad range of topics.

Mary and her partner, Neville Johnson, are metaphysical leaders and teachers on the subjects of angels, dreams, psychic development, palmistry, crystals and chakra work. Together they host a live dial in show on Thursday and Friday evenings at 8:30pm Eastern where you can comment or ask a question. Mary may draw a card to give you an answer to what's on your mind!

Telepathic TV, billed as "television you watch with your third eye" is archived and available to watch from their website and I have made time to watch a few of their shows since I heard about them. The shows offer something for everyone from topics as diverse as the mayan calendar and spirit guides to holistic health and herbs. I see they even had Caroline Myss as a guest -- I'm going to look that one up and watch it.

They are coming to one of Ohio's sacred sites for a Fall Equinox Healing Adventure September 20 - 23rd. Here is the link to register or contact them for more information.

They promise healing workshops, crystal healing, meditation and druming at the mound and an empowering equinox ceremony. I hope to join you there. I can highly recommend them as leaders in spiritual development, psychic awareness and using technology to reach more people!

Check out some of the archived TV shows and comment here on what you thought about them!

Thumbs Up - Mobile Massage makes Events Special

Now I've seen everything! Mobile Massage Bus!

I know it is not the first of its kind, but the mobile therapeutic massage bus is surely the best thing since the bagel slicer.

Massagebus, is a mobile masage and relaxation bus, complete with licenced massage therapit, reiki practitioner and relaxation experts. You can arrange for the bus to show up at your next party or event!

I recently attended a festival near Cincinnati and found out that they offer medical massage, foot relaxation and other services on the spot. They give a relaxing chair massage and they bring "aaaahhhhhs" and smiles on the faces of their customers. By the end of the day, I am generally tired walking around festivals. My feet could get a second wind after stopping for a relaxing foot massage. There are so many outdoor events that could benefit from bringing this type of service to the festival go-ers.

They show up at family reunions, showers, srprise parties and special occasions. You may want to check out Judy DeVoe, LMT, at 513.519.9778 or Joseph Shipley, 513.404.0907 to have this totally unique opportunity in relaxation to make your next party the one they are still talking about :)

Let me know if you have tried this and what you thought about it!
